Cancellations made more than 7 days before the scheduled experience date will receive a full refund. Cancellations made 3-7 days before the experience date will receive a 50% refund. Cancellations made less than 3 days before the experience date are non-refundable.
We reserve the right to reschedule or cancel experiences due to circumstances beyond our control, including weather conditions, insufficient bookings, or guide availability. In such cases, you will be offered an alternative date or a full refund.
Participants are expected to behave respectfully toward guides, other participants, and individuals encountered during experiences. We reserve the right to remove any participant whose behavior is disruptive or inappropriate, without refund.
Some experiences involve walking for extended periods. If you have mobility concerns or health conditions that may affect your participation, please inform us before booking so we can assess suitability.
