Experiences run throughout the week, including weekends. Office hours are for administrative inquiries only.

Custom Experiences

If you're interested in a private experience tailored to specific interests, or if you're booking for a group larger than eight, please reach out. We can often accommodate custom requests with advance notice.

Response Times

We typically respond to inquiries within one business day. During peak booking periods, responses may take up to 48 hours.

Finding Us

Our office sits on Newhall Street, one of Birmingham's historic commercial corridors. The building dates to the late Victorian period and has been carefully restored.

If you're arriving by train, exit New Street Station through the main entrance and head northwest. It's a pleasant ten-minute walk through the city center.

While we welcome visitors during office hours, please note that this is an administrative space, not a visitor center. All of our experiences begin at designated meeting points throughout Birmingham.
